Google Drive to Inbeo with Zapier
When a new recording file appears in Drive, send it to Inbeo.
Sign in first. Each account gets its own webhook URL and token.
Log inCopy and paste: Zapier Webhooks POST
Fill each row on the Configure tab (after you pick POST as the action).

Step by step
When a new recording file appears in Drive, send it to Inbeo.
Part 2: Create the Drive trigger in Zapier
- 2.1Open zapier.com and sign in.
- 2.2Click + Create → Zaps.
- 2.3Click Trigger → search Google Drive → select Google Drive.
- 2.4Event: New File in Folder → Continue.
- 2.5Connect Google → pick the folder where recordings are saved → Continue.
- 2.6Click Test trigger → Continue.
Part 3: Add the Webhook action
- 3.1Click + below the trigger → search Webhooks by Zapier → POST → Continue.
- 3.2On the Configure tab, fill every field from the copy and paste table above.
- 3.3Data → Value: pick the file download link from Drive step 1.
- 3.4Click Continue → Test action → Publish.
