1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inbeo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Inbeo is an AI powered SaaS tool that processes call recordings to generate summaries, smart action cards, and follow up email drafts you can send or schedule from your dashboard. Email sending is subject to plan limits. The service is provided on an “as is” basis with reasonable efforts to maintain availability and accuracy.
3. Account & Usage
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Free tier includes 5 calls and 10 client + 10 reminder emails (lifetime)
- Basic and Pro tiers include higher call and email limits as shown on the Pricing page
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes
- You must have consent to upload and process call recordings
4. AI Terms of Use
Inbeo uses artificial intelligence to transcribe audio, summarize calls, suggest action items, and draft emails. By using Inbeo you acknowledge and agree to the following AI specific terms.
4.1 How AI is used
- Speech to text transcription of your uploaded recordings
- Natural language analysis to extract summaries and action items
- Generation of draft client emails and reminder content
- Scheduling suggestions based on dates and phrases found in calls
4.2 AI limitations
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpret context, accents, names, dates, or email addresses. Inbeo does not guarantee correctness of transcripts, summaries, action items, or drafted emails.
4.3 Your responsibility
You must review all AI generated content before sending emails, sharing summaries, or relying on reminders. You are solely responsible for communications sent to clients and for business decisions based on AI outputs.
4.4 Consent and lawful use
You confirm you have permission to record and upload call audio, and that your use of AI processed content complies with applicable privacy, employment, and telecommunications laws in your region.
4.5 Third party AI providers
Inbeo may use third party AI and infrastructure providers to process your content. Those providers process data only to deliver the service and are bound by our data protection commitments described in the Privacy Policy.
4.6 No professional advice
AI outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not use Inbeo as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI generated summaries, action items, and emails are provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use. Inbeo is not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences of using AI generated content.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis within 14 days of purchase. Digital services are delivered instantly to your account dashboard.
7. Intellectual Property
Inbeo retains all rights to the platform, branding, and technology. You retain ownership of your call content and generated outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Inbeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
