Zoom to Inbeo with Make
Auto send Zoom recordings to Inbeo using a Make scenario.
Sign in first. Each account gets its own webhook URL and token.

Fill each row in the Make a request module.

Step by step
Auto send Zoom recordings to Inbeo using a Make scenario.
Part 2: Create the Zoom module in Make
- 2.1Open make.com in a new tab and sign in.
- 2.2Left sidebar: click Scenarios → Create a new scenario.
- 2.3Click the large + in the center of the canvas.
- 2.4Search Zoom → select Zoom.
- 2.5Choose Watch Recordings (or New Recording) → click OK.
- 2.6Click Add → connect your Zoom account → Save.
- 2.7Right click the Zoom module → Run once to load sample data.
Part 3: Add the HTTP module
- 3.1Click the + to the right of the Zoom module.
- 3.2Search HTTP → select Make a request → OK.
- 3.3Fill each field using the copy and paste table above.
- 3.4In Request content: paste the JSON sample, then map downloadUrl to the download link from your Zoom module.
- 3.5Click OK at the bottom of the module.
Part 4: Run and turn on
- 4.1Bottom left: click Run once to test the full scenario.
- 4.2If it succeeds, toggle the scenario ON (bottom left switch).
- 4.3Done. Inbeo will email you when the next recording is processed.
