Zoom to Inbeo with Zapier

Auto send Zoom recordings to Inbeo when a cloud recording is ready.

Sign in first. Each account gets its own webhook URL and token.

Copy and paste: Zapier Webhooks POST

Fill each row on the Configure tab (after you pick POST as the action).

Step by step

Auto send Zoom recordings to Inbeo when a cloud recording is ready.

Part 1: Get your Inbeo values

  1. 1.1Stay on this page. Sign in if you are not already.
  2. 1.2Scroll to Your values above.
  3. 1.3Click Copy next to URL. Keep it ready for Zapier.
  4. 1.4Click Copy next to Authorization. It must be one line: Bearer + your token.

Part 2: Create the Zoom trigger in Zapier

  1. 2.1Open zapier.com in a new tab and sign in.
  2. 2.2Top left: click + CreateZaps.
  3. 2.3You see Trigger at the top. Click it.
  4. 2.4Search Zoom → click the Zoom app.
  5. 2.5Event: select New Cloud Recording → click Continue.
  6. 2.6Click Sign in to Zoom → log in → click Allow.
  7. 2.7Click Test trigger. You should see a sample recording.
  8. 2.8Click Continue with selected record.

Part 3: Add the Webhook action

  1. 3.1Below the Zoom step, click the + (or click Action).
  2. 3.2Search Webhooks by Zapier → click it.
  3. 3.3Event: select POST → click Continue.
  4. 3.4You are on the Configure tab. Fill each field using the copy and paste table above.
  5. 3.5Data → Value: click inside the box → choose Download URL from your Zoom step.
  6. 3.6Click the purple Continue button at the bottom.

Part 4: Test and turn on

  1. 4.1On the Test tab, click Test action.
  2. 4.2If you see a success message, click Publish (top right) to turn the Zap on.
  3. 4.3Done. Inbeo will email you when the next Zoom recording is processed.
