Integrations

Auto import from Zoom and more

Auto import sends recordings to Inbeo automatically when a call ends. Processing runs on the server. You do not need the app open.

How it works

Dashboard preview
Webhook import

Zoom → Zapier → Inbeo

Recording posts to your webhook. Tagged Webhook on Processing.

No browser tab needed · email when done

Webhook imports run fully in the background, tagged Webhook on the Processing page.

1. Connect Zoom (or another recorder) to Inbeo using Zapier or Make.

2. When a recording is ready, they POST a download link to your Inbeo webhook.

3. Inbeo downloads, processes on the server, and emails you when done, or if something failed.

4. The call appears on Processing (Webhook tag), then in History when you open the app.

No. The webhook runs on Inbeo servers. You only open the app when you want to review tasks or send follow ups.
