Language settings

By default Inbeo auto detects the spoken language and writes summaries, tasks, and emails in that language. You can split transcript and client email languages in Account → Language.

Hindi call → English client emails, or auto detect

Both dropdowns set to Auto: transcript and emails match the spoken language on the call.

Transcribe audio in → Auto detect from audio.

Summaries, tasks, and client emails in → Same as the call.

English call → everything in English. Hindi call → everything in Hindi.

English call → Hindi client emails: set Transcribe → English, Summaries & emails → Hindi.

The transcript follows the spoken language. Client emails can be any language you pick.

  • Tip: Settings apply to new calls only.
  • Tip: Reminder emails to you follow the output language when possible.
