Each client shows open task count, scheduled count, and last call date.

Tap View timeline to see every task and email tied to that person across all calls.

If a new call mentions Sarah but not her email, Inbeo fills the address from an older call where you had both name and email.

Always double check the email on the task card before sending, especially if two people share the same first name.
