Getting started

Getting started with Inbeo

Inbeo is your automatic notetaker and client work hub. It helps you finish what you promised on a client call: summaries, tasks, and follow up emails in one place. This guide is for freelancers, sales reps, consultants, agencies, and anyone who takes calls and needs reliable follow up without spreadsheets or a heavy CRM.

Inbeo is not a meeting bot and not a full CRM. You upload a call recording or auto import from Zoom. Inbeo saves the conversation, writes a short summary, and pulls out promises you made into task cards: email the client, remind yourself, or check off a to do.

Every call stays in History. Every client is indexed in Clients. You review, tap Send or Schedule, and check Today anytime to see what still needs you. Nothing emails your client until you approve (unless you turn on Auto in settings).

Who is it for?

Anyone who takes calls and owes follow up afterward: freelancers, coaches, recruiters, real estate agents, support leads, small agency owners, solo consultants, and sales reps who do not want Salesforce complexity.

If you have ever forgotten to send a proposal email or lost track of who asked for pricing, Inbeo is built for you.
