Background processing

You only need to stay on the page while your audio uploads. Transcription and AI analysis run on Inbeo servers after that, even if you close the browser.

Upload phase: your file is sent to secure storage. If you close the tab now, the upload stops.

Processing phase: Inbeo transcribes and drafts summaries and tasks on our servers. You can leave, close the tab, or use another device.

Dashboard → Processing shows every in progress call with progress % and source tags.

Open Dashboard → Processing from the sidebar. You will see each job with a progress bar and status message.

Website tag: you uploaded from the dashboard. Webhook tag: auto import from Zoom, Zapier, or Make.

When a call finishes, tap View call to open the summary and task cards.

  • Tip: A badge on Processing in the sidebar shows how many calls are still running.

Email when finished

Turn on Email when call processing finishes in Account → Automation. You get a link when any call completes (upload or webhook), or an explanation if it failed.
