All plans include the same core workflow: task cards, Approve all, auto import, playbooks, and webhook emails when processing finishes.

Upgrade or change plan on the Billing page. Plan changes sync with our payment provider.

Upload blocked: upgrade or wait for monthly reset on Basic.

Email blocked: client or reminder quota used. Upgrade or mark tasks done without emailing.

Auto import failure: you get an email explaining plan limit if webhook import was rejected.
